CLEARING OLD ENERGY
Another important piece of getting past the trauma of a vampire relationship is to focus on clearing old, stuck energy that comes from unexpressed emotions. We empaths often feel most comfortable engaging in “love and light” types of activities, such as prematurely attempting to forgive and send love to the vampires in our lives. But you must not do this. It will delay your healing. You must first feel as bad as you’re feeling and move your emotions of anger and hurt out of your body. You do this by feeling them fully and expressing them in a safe way.
One of my radio show callers was one month away from finalizing her divorce to a vampire who was leaving her penniless. He was a very successful CEO and a “pillar of the community” who, she said, specialized in covert manipulation. She finally, after nearly 20 years of marriage, got up the courage to divorce him. She called in to tell me how helpful my show with Dr. George Simon had been. She then went on to tell me that she was working with a spiritual healer whom she really loved. Unfortunately, she still suffered from esophageal spasms regularly—a gastrointestinal disorder that had begun several years before as she had started to wake up to the character of her spouse. She often felt a pit in her stomach at other times as well, though the esophageal spasms were a bit different. Though she had had minimal contact with her vampire, I knew that he still had his “hooks” in her. So I took her through an imprint removal process—which I will teach you below—that I learned from the late Peter Calhoun, a former Episcopal priest turned shaman. Part of that process involves identifying where in your body you feel the stuck energy and then imagining that the vampire is sitting right in front of you so you can share your true emotions with him. As I led her through this, I told her to let him have it and encouraged her to say out loud (for medicinal purposes), “Jerry—you f**king bastard. I forgive you for all the pain and suffering you have caused me. And I send you on your path of healing.” The expletive was absolutely necessary to move the stuck energy from her body. And the feeling in the pit of her stomach went away after that. And I have no doubt that her esophageal spasms are well on their way to healing as well.
